Every story has a beginning.

For Roadstand Hollow, that beginning was The Wishkeeper’s Corner.

When the doors of that little shop first opened, there was no way of knowing just how far its roads would eventually travel. What began with Elias, Miriam, a mysterious shop, and wishes that rarely behaved as expected has grown into an entire world—one filled with lanterns, forgotten roads, peculiar markets, old mysteries, familiar faces, and places that seem to appear precisely when someone needs them.

And like Roadstand Hollow itself, the first book has continued to grow.

Since its original publication, The Wishkeeper’s Corner has been carefully revisited and refined. The story and characters that introduced readers to the Hollow remain at its heart, while the current edition benefits from additional polishing to its presentation, dialogue flow, pacing, and overall reading experience.

That matters because Book One is more than simply the first story.

It is the front door.

Beyond it now stretches an eighteen-book journey through Roadstand Hollow—six connected trilogies exploring different corners of the town and the mysteries waiting beyond them. Some roads lead toward wishes. Others toward lanterns, memories, secrets, and places that perhaps were not there yesterday.

But every one of those roads can eventually be traced back to a small shop where wishes are kept and where a tired traveler named Elias Mercer discovered that Roadstand Hollow had plans of its own.

Books change as writers learn.

Worlds grow as stories are told.

And sometimes the road you traveled first deserves another walk.

For longtime visitors, thank you for being there when the first lantern was lit.
